課題組主要研究數(shù)字細(xì)胞大模型，以及細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包括：
1)???? 構(gòu)建和應(yīng)用深度學(xué)習(xí)模型、開發(fā)組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析方法；
2)???? 研究基因組調(diào)控區(qū)域的序列特征、啟動(dòng)子與增強(qiáng)子間的相互作用規(guī)則、轉(zhuǎn)錄因子間合作規(guī)則，及它們對(duì)基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的影響；
3)???? 探索細(xì)胞特異性調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其在細(xì)胞發(fā)育、分化和疾病發(fā)生中的分子機(jī)制。

為實(shí)現(xiàn)這些研究?jī)?nèi)容，課題組將采用多學(xué)科的方法和技術(shù)，包括深度學(xué)習(xí)、生物信息學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、CRISPR基因編輯、高通量篩選、以及各種測(cè)序技術(shù)(如STARR-Seq、Hi-C、ATAC-Seq、ChIP-Seq、RNA-Seq等)。
